Creative news from Wales and England to kick start the new school year!
As we start the new school year we’d like to extend a big thank you to all our customers who are keeping us energised with all the exciting new creative developments taking place in their school communities.
We’d also like to welcome our first Welsh school in Shirenewton Primary, who in the space of a month have launched over 90 wonderful pieces of work onto their stage. They are also leading the way in terms of a new stage within the Edujam community which is called Ecojam. Shirenewton Primary has taken its award winning eco committee to another dimension by giving it its own stage, which allows parents, pupils and staff to all participate in the project and feel a keen sense of ownership for it. We hope to see more such eco stages in the future!
Another first has taken place at Cramlington Community High School, now known as Cramlington Learning Village, who have ordered 250 Roving Director Kits to enrich their curriculum activities and support the diverse learning styles of their pupils. With new buildings and a biodome, they are one of the first of seven national science teaching exemplars to be built and will certainly be a school to watch over the coming year, http://www.waring-netts.co.uk/our-work/learn/secondary-education/cramlington-high-school-junior-learning-village
